Pastel Mickey inspired easter egg brownies
Ingredients:
One Box Brownie Mix, Prepared
One Tub Vanilla Frosting
Mini Oreos, Separated and scraped
Red Food Coloring
Lemon Yellow Food Coloring
Royal Blue Food Coloring
Pastel Rainbow Sprinkles
Pastry Bags
Prepare brownies as instructed. Let cool 2 minutes then turn out onto cooling rack and then flip onto baking sheet. Let cool completely, then cut out Easter Egg shapes.
Divide frosting equally into 4 bowls. Spoon ¼ into pastry bag for white icing. Add 3 drops red food coloring to ¼ of frosting, add 2 drops lemon to another ¼ and 2 drops royal blue to the last 1/4, mix thoroughly and spoon into pastry bags. Cut medium/small tip off of each bag.
Cover top of brownie in white and place two mini Oreos on top to look like mickey ears. Then with remaining colored frosting, decorate with stripes. Finish with pastel rainbow sprinkles.
